This website has been developed to support the Primary Care Link Project in Bristol. It includes information about local Bristol health services for people with learning difficulties, their families and carers.

Information about specific services is for residents of the City of Bristol only, but much of the information on the site could be useful wherever you live.

"Easy to use" pages (an accessible version) are being developed.

People with learning difficulties are being consulted about what they would like to see on the site.

The other websites page has been updated and included links to Bristol City Council's Learning Difficulties pages and Spot On (South Gloucestershire's site for people with learning difficulties).
