Brandon Trust offers:

Day Services through four community teams
Supported Living services in different places. Supported living is when people with learning difficulties are supported to live away from their family home.
Registered Care at a Nursing home. A Nursing home is where you live if you are ill and need nurses to look after you.

	Is this an activity/service ONLY for people with learning difficulties?	Most Day Services take place in the community. Many of these day services involve community members who share the facilities we use. Most of our registered care services are only for people with learning difficulties while our Supported Living services support people to live in their own homes.
	Does a person need to have an assessment to take part in this activity?	Yes. Care management assessment and care plan plus 'Fair Access' eligibility criteria
	Is there a charge for the activity/service?	Yes. Most of the services provided by Brandon Trust require funding from social and health services or from educational or employment related funding sources.
	Is transport provided?	Depends on the service.
