The Day
Centre provides an opportunity for the elderly
and socially isolated members of the Asian community
(Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, East
Africa, etc.) meet and to enjoy a freshly cooked
vegetarian lunch, health and fitness activities,
advice, information, advocacy and frequent trips
and outings - all in a culturally sensitive environment.

- the day centre is open to Asian elders
in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

You will need a The Community Care and Housing Department assessment.
Is there a

there is a minibus service for those eligible.

MEETINGS
The
Day Centre meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
and Fridays from 10.00am to 3.00pm
Other
information
Most
of the Centre's members are retired and
over 55, but exceptions can be made where
needed.
