employers in the adult care sector:
To support
the adult care sector in meeting the National
Care Standards in training and qualifications
(NVQ).
To enable
the independent and private care sector to apply
for funding to help towards the cost of staff
NVQ training
To provide
the care sector with information about training
options, providers and centres.
To assist in developing the profile of the adult
care sector.
To work on other projects, such as recruitment to help improve the workforce.
